Clause 1

It's Girl Powder is a registered company in England and Wales. Company registration number: 17237198. Registered address: 1 Marine Parade E, Clacton-on-Sea CO15 1PU. Trading address: 19 D'Arblay Street, Soho, London W1F 8DT.

Clause 2

Bookings & Sessions

All session bookings are subject to availability. Bookings can be made via Instagram DM (@itsgirlpowder) or on the door subject to availability. Pre-booking is strongly recommended for weekend sessions. It's Girl Powder reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.

Clause 3

Cancellations & Refunds

All session bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows or changes to booking dates or times regardless of notice given. In the event It's Girl Powder cancels a session due to circumstances within our control, a credit note will be issued for use at a future session. It's Girl Powder reserves the right to cancel sessions due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances without liability.

Clause 4

Safe Space Policy & Entrance Fee

It's Girl Powder operates as a paid-access venue at all times. An entrance fee applies to all guests on every visit — there are no free drop-in sessions. Any individual causing distress, harassment or discomfort to other guests or staff will be asked to leave immediately without refund. All guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. It's Girl Powder reserves the right to refuse entry to any person at its discretion.

Clause 5

Alcohol & Age Verification

It's Girl Powder is a licensed premises. Alcohol is served only to guests who are 18 years of age or older. Valid photo ID may be requested and a Challenge 25 policy is in operation. Alcohol service will cease at 1am on all nights of operation. All alcohol purchased on the premises must be consumed on the premises — no alcohol may be taken off site under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion.

Clause 6

Liability

It's Girl Powder takes reasonable care of guests and their belongings. However, we accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property left on the premises. Guests use all facilities and equipment at their own risk. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Clause 7

Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Please check our Instagram @itsgirlpowder for the most current pricing before your visit.

Clause 8

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect.
